Tata Motors Introduces Lifetime Battery Warranty on Curvv EV and Nexon EV
These Tata EVs now get lifetime battery warranty: Details explained

Tata Motors has announced lifetime battery warranty on two of its most popular EVs: the Curvv EV and the Nexon EV 45 kWh. The warranty covers unlimited kilometers and is valid for 15 years from the date of registration. Notably, this offer is available not only to new buyers but also to existing first-time private owners of these models. This move is expected to reduce the biggest concern around EV ownership: battery longevity and replacement costs, that often hold potential EV buyers from making the decision.

In addition to the warranty announcement, Tata Motors has launched a loyalty program for its existing Tata.ev customers. As part of the initiative, current owners will get a Rs 50,000 benefit if they choose to purchase either the Curvv.ev or the Nexon.ev 45 kWh. The new lifetime battery warranty was first introduced with the recently launched Harrier EV.
