Durga Ashtami holds great religious and spiritual importance as this day is purely dedicated to worship Goddess Durga. On this sacred day, devotees offer their sincere prayers to Maa Durga and seek blessings. According to Hindu Scriptures, Maa Durga is the divine feminine energy and the mother of this universe. She is the power, creation, preserver, and destroyer of the universe. Maa Durga is known as a Hindu warrior Goddess who takes birth to defeat all demons and establish righteousness in the universe. The ten-armed Goddess possesses all the divine superpowers to protect her devotees from evil energy and black magic. This is a great time to worship Maa Durga as the Shravan month is ongoing, and devotees can invoke both deities - Lord Shiva and Goddess Durga during this time and utilize it in the best way they can.
